Client Portal
The client portal is a HIPAA compliant, secure portal used to communicate with your therapist, schedule or cancel appointments, access billing documents, and participate in telehealth (phone or video) counseling sessions.
Client Portal Access
In an effort to protect your data and minimize risk of unauthorized access, your client portal access with be deactivated after 3 consecutive weeks of non-scheduling, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Scheduling an Appointment
Both new and existing clients must sign in to the portal to gain access to the calendar and request an appointment based on availability. Please note, the therapist must review and accept your appointment request before it is officially scheduled. Once it is approved you will receive an email stating your appointment has been approved.
If you are meeting virtually your approval email will include a link to join your video session at your appointed date and time.
If you are a new client you will be asked to complete the intake paperwork before you can schedule your first appointment. Please allow at least 20-30 minutes to complete the paperwork.
Scheduling Your First Visit
You have the option to schedule a Free 15-minute Consultation or schedule a Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (intake session required for initial visit). Once you determine the type of service you would like to schedule, the calendar will open showing the providers availability. The next screen will allow you to select who the scheduling is for; me, my partner and me, someone else.
Currently, the registration only allows for two members of a family. If additional members need to be added please complete the steps above for the additional members and send a secure message to notify the therapist that they are all part of the same family session.
Creating a Visit for a Minor
If you are creating an appointment for a minor, please select “Someone Else” when asked, “Who is this appointment for?” Please note, if the minor child is named in any custody agreement or court order, a copy (digital or paper) of the most recent decree documenting your right to seek counseling for the child(ren) must be submitted before we can proceed with the child's first session.
Couples and Families
If there will be more than one person in the session, each person must create a profile and complete the intake paperwork, including children if they will be present during the session. This can be done by clicking on the ‘Login or Register’ button at the top of this page and select “Family Psychotherapy Conjoint.” Follow the prompts to select location, date and time of requested appointment and “My Partner and Me” when asked “Who is this appointment for?”
